The 2024 T.D. 59 form is now available on MINISTRY OF FINANCE - DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL REVENUE

All employers must distribute the form to their employees, full-time and part-time, who must complete the form and return a signed copy to their employer. The form is essential for the personal income tax calculations for Cyprus and for tax residents then their worldwide income needs to be declared on the form and non-tax residents only their Cyprus based income.
